American Idol Has Become a Mill

I have always believed that every town in America has some damn great musical talent. American Idol has become the hand of "God" that decides which cul-de-sac kid makes the millions. It's unfair but nothing in life is ever fair. If you can tell me who wrote that I'll be your slave for life! Hint: a singer who was NOT on American Idol.

The Secrets of Magic and Fantasy

I'm watching a show right now that reveals the secrets of magic. The guy doing the magic tricks has a mask on ... I find myself wondering if it is really so "unethical" to the extent to where he has to wear a black mask. I think it's cool to find out how magic tricks are done. I love the way we cab creatively trick the human mind into believing unreal things. Fantasy is what makes life fun. Don;t you think?
